Job Responsibilities:Manage High-Volume Warm Leads: -Handle a large number of incoming leads, ensuring each customer receives personalized attention and support.Engage and Qualify Customers: -Clearly explain various -promotional -packages to customers and assess their specific needs to determine the best fit.Collaborate with Team Members: -Work closely with the customer service and sales teams to meet -client -demands effectively and efficiently.Coach and Inspire: -Partner with the Executive Manager to mentor and motivate your team, fostering their professional growth and career development.Promote a Positive Work Environment: -Create a motivating and inspirational atmosphere that upholds the brand's integrity and values.Ensure Operational Excellence: -Uphold and execute operational policies and procedures to maintain high brand standards.Communicate -Promotions -and Incentives: -Keep the team informed about current -promotions, contests, and incentives to drive performance and engagement.Requirements:
-A leader and someone who is interested in helping develop our firm and grow with upPreferred 1-2 years of experience in a high volume sales environmentCustomer-centric team player who can exceed sales goals and hit office revenue goalsMust be comfortable working in a busy, fast paced environmentThis position requires spending the majority of the day working directly with customers and relating to all different types of consumers
